Our trained, manufacturer certified technicians will respond to your problems quickly and efficiently with solutions that include delivery, set-up, network integration, administrator and end-user training, on-going maintenance, and software support.

Our goal is to be on-site no more than four hours after your service request is received.

- ›Legacy - All Inclusive Maintenance/Supply Agreements (AIMS) — The AIMS agreement is for those clients who prefer service agreements including operating supplies and parts provided at one low cost per image on a single convenient invoice.
- ›Legacy - Parts and Labor Maintenance Agreements (PAL) — PAL agreements include all emergency service, preventative maintenance, and parts.
- ›Network Services / Software Support Agreements — Our digital integration and support services facilitate a professional installation of digital copiers, printers, facsimile, time and attendance, or access control products and software to our client’s network environment.
- ›Print Management Agreements - Print Smart/Page Smart — Provide on-site print services with toner OR on site fleet management services.
